At ~150yd mark, my head was taken under by an aggressive swimmer. Ruined my swim and had to take it easy until I could get back into a rythm. Bad Swim.

Pushed out a hard first 7.5 miles against the wind. Absloulety flew on teh way back and ran out of gear on teh MTB. Peaked at a sustained 23 mph while also getting a draft from a group of cheaters!!!

Nothing, great ride is result of winter of biking & spinning...but...

Slow run. is was very warm and humid, thank goodness for the overcast sky, if it only could have rained!

Good job! You took a hit in the water and kept going - that's the name of the game. Great job on the bike AND run.

Was your OW swim a race? Will there be a race report?
