Comments:

Ha! Ha! the second slowest contestant in the run. Should never have start to walk at 13km mark....then cannot run again just walk and run on and off.
Can push myself to jog but too lazy....
What would you do differently?:

don,t ever walk, slowdown ok but continue jogging....
started to walk after 13km and then walk and jog on and off until finish.
lesson learnt whatever you do don,t walk.....Should have pucsh myself to run and not get lazy and walk.

legs abit aching after the run as I have never run so long in my life but still alright. After doing it, it does not seem that impossible, It is doable which is why my short term goal now is to complete the half marathon within 2hrs by the end of the year.......just have to keep running all the way(21km) to the finishing line....
