Subject: entering in weight training these may be silly questions, but i just want some clarification. i'm trying to do more weight training this season, following some simple workouts in a book i just got. anyway, i have questions about how to write out sets.
example 1: if i do 2 sets of 15 dumb bell curls, 10 lbs in each hand, curling both arms at the same time, should i write 2 set of 15 reps, 10 lbs or 20 lbs.
example 2: if i do sets of dumb bell curls, alternating 15 reps w/ my left arm, then 15 w/ the right, 15 left, 15 right, should i write 2 sets of 15 or 2 sets of 30 or 4 sets of 15??
example 3: for regular crunches, you could each crunch, but for oblique crunches, do you count every crunch right 1, left 2, right 3, left 4 or every other crunch 1 right left, 2 right left, 3 right left?
