Subject: WTB: 50-52cm Road Bike <$500
Looking for a "starter" road bike for my wife...she's 5'7". Nothing special needed, just a solid bike for her to start putting in some miles for her first sprint tri this spring. Thanks.

Don't have one, but just want to make sure you know she's a 50-52 cm. That you had her measured and such. I'm 5'4" and because my legs are long I ride a 54-56 cm. Good Luck on your search.

Yeah...I think a 52cm will be best...the two 54cm bikes that I have are too tall (ie she can't stand over the bar unless on her tip toes). We are looking locally so hopefully she can get a test ride before we spend the cash. Thanks.
