Unfortunately it was a very busy weekend. Friday evening we had a birthday celebration and a graduation to attend. Saturday we had two birthday celebrations and I had to work for about four hours. i could have been better rested and ate better the night before.

Nice race! I was at the race too and felt that I could have eaten and drank a little better before the race. Oh well, there's always next year. Live and learn, right? Anyway, great job!
