Subject: RE: MOVING TRAINING DATA - ENHANCEMENT I recently stepped up to the bronze membership and quickly imported the 20 week 2x balanced Oly plan into my log. The daily workouts in the plan don't really jive with my schedule so I have been trying to just fit in the workouts during the week with a goal of completing the weekly totals even if they are done out of sequence. Is there a way for me to move the planned data throughout the entire plan to fit my schedule? I'd like to move Friday's workout to Saturday as well as a few other adjustments. I think if I can tweak the days here and there the plan will be much easier to manage. I looked around at the "move" feature and it seems to only be able to affect the actual instead of the planned... unless I missed something which is quite possible. Thanks in advance. |
