Subject: MOVING TRAINING DATA - ENHANCEMENT

The copy/move funtion now SUPPORTS overlapping date ranges.  This should save a lot of time if you need to move date ranges of your 'Planned Training' or any training plan forward/backwards from several days to months.

This will work for planned and actual training.

Let Mike or myself know if any questions or anomolous behavior.  If anything, blame Mike-he tested it.

Subject: RE: MOVING TRAINING DATA - ENHANCEMENT

I recently stepped up to the bronze membership and quickly imported the 20 week 2x balanced Oly plan into my log. The daily workouts in the plan don't really jive with my schedule so I have been trying to just fit in the workouts during the week with a goal of completing the weekly totals even if they are done out of sequence. Is there a way for me to move the planned data throughout the entire plan to fit my schedule? I'd like to move Friday's workout to Saturday as well as a few other adjustments. I think if I can tweak the days here and there the plan will be much easier to manage.

I looked around at the "move" feature and it seems to only be able to affect the actual instead of the planned... unless I missed something which is quite possible. Thanks in advance.

Make sure your in the 'planned' part of your log.  When the screen comes up it will say:

PLANNED DATA * PLANNED DATA * PLANNED DATA

This menu will allow you to copy, move, or delete training data in bulk.
These actions can irrecoverably overwrite existing data, so exercise caution in their use!

From what I think you are trying to do-moving single days one day to another...you will have to 'move' them on a day-by-day basis-a little bit of work.

OR look at this post and see if this strategy may work:

Let me know if you were in the wrong screen or if there indeed is a problem....I just did double-check this and it seems good.
