Subject: avatar problem
When I try to upload a new avatar, the old image keeps reappearing. How do I fix this? What's the size requirements? Thanks

MAX size is 50kb in gif and jpeg format.

When I upload a new profile picture, the old one stays there?  Try this:  Delete the old one, right click on your internet icon on your computer's desktop screen and click on 'properties'.  Choose 'Temporary Internet Files' and click 'Delete'.  Go back to your conrol panel and upload new photo.  OR delete it, hit F5 to refresh, then upload...you may still have to then hit F5 again.

If no-go, attach it to this thread and I will do it.
