I haven't heard a thing from Jorge about the run challenge (did I miss it?) so I vote for MAtriMom! She should be the head humming hamster!

Let's finish up the Swim Challenge! ONE MORE DAY! LETS BEAT THE TRISTARS!

Double Hooray: for my team name getting accepted -- NE Humming Hamsters -- and for MAtriMom's ascention to head humming hamster for our challenge!  She'll be a great ring leader, I'm just sure of it.  YAY YAY!

Let's put those miles in our training log starting tomorrow, Feb.1st, and get the goals in to MAtriMom by the end of today.

Here's how it works:  We run our miles, we log our miles.  Slow and steady wins the race.  Just sign up for what you can and will do; don't try to "shoot the moon" and then bring the team down with an incomplete.  We ALL have to run our miles to win our bragging rights.  Overages are just icing on the cake for you, but can't count towards a tired teammate.

Last day for the NE Feb. Challenge swimmers -- go swimmers, go!

Cheers, -Sunny

This sounds like fun, and a great way to get me prepped for the road races I'm planning in march. Can I be in for 50 miles?

You didn't mean miles, did you??

15 hours is a rather large amount of running (90 miles at 6 mph or 10:00/mile pace)
