Subject: Tool for monitoring web use

As with a lot of folks, I often have trouble limiting my time online. I spend time relaxing when I should be spending that time working.

I found this extension for Firefox the other day.

I'm hoping that it will cut down on my total non-productive reading and writing during the workday. Then I'll limit my online time to the really important sites like BT.

Has anyone tried this? I downloaded it to a Windows machine and to a Mac. It works perfectly on the Windows, but there is a bug in the Mac version. The bug basically won't let you filter out url's that are work related.

Quick Description

Do you spend too much time on Firefox? Do you open tabs faster than you can close them? Cannot get things done? Keep track of how much you browse with TimeTracker.

Features:
- Remembers time across sessions
- Pauses when you stop browsing
- List 'work' sites that should not count
- Animated clock

I don't think I want to know how much time I spend being non-productive!
