Comments: My legs were incredibly sore from my session yesterday with my coach. He had me doing bounding, hopping, jumping, speedwork etc. SO I'm pretty happy with my time in this race considering it hurts just to walk today! What would you do differently?: not let my coach do that to me!!! Post race
