Beautiful morning for a run. Love this course and the distance. Had a good run - pegged my HR at 177 for pretty much the duration and paced well. I popped with about 200yds to go, so not too bad. My injured hip, which kept me from running all week didn't complain a peep - awesome.

Look forward to next year.
