Subject: Friend got kidney stones
Very good friend of mine, who is about 31 of age, just got diagnosed with kidney stones. That's scary cus' she has been eating healthy and living healthy.

Denise quickly drinks more water.

Tim DeBoom got kidney stones and couldn't finish IM Hawaii.  He collapsed on the run.   Can affect anyone.

Yeah, it's not a condition that really discriminates.  Young, old, healthy, sick.  Anybody can get them.  Not much we can do about them either.  Pain meds and time.

I, unfortunately, passed on the size of a grain of rice when I was 29. At the time,I was drinking too many Mountain Dew's. Thankfully, I haven't passed another one. My condolences to your friend.

Janicewhokeepsmehumble had several large kidney stones when she was about 30 that were treatable with lithotripsy.  That is where they use acoustic waves focused on the stone to break it up into passable pieces.   Many of her relatives have also had kidney stones.  It is partly genetic and partly the hard water in Tennessee.    This is Kidney Stone Belt.
