Our beginner clinic focusses on developing the basic skills needed to do your first triathlon. Learn from two great coaches, Ian Fraser former pro-triathlete, tri coach and owner of Cyclelogik and Richard Lefebvre, Ottawa/Outaouais region’s most qualified triathlon coach from MSC and triathlon age grouper. More than 35 years of experience and knowledge.
