Comments: I felt I gave a good consistent effort, especially at the end because I didn't slow down like I usually do. What would you do differently?: get a better warm-up and not wear long sleeves...i had to take off the long sleeve layer at mile 2 which slowed me down having to untangle it from my mp3 player and everything. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked around and cheered on Amy and Veronica What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing really, I actually went faster than I was hoping for. Event comments: There was nothing exciting post-race and the food line was so long we elected not to stand in it. Last updated: 2006-02-20 12:00 AM

Very short warm-up...couldn't stand to wait in the super long lines for the restroom so i graced the bushes with my presence...he he he
jogged around, almost got hit by a bus. stretched a little but felt rushed.
