went last night to be sized for a new bike and shop owner showed me the Roubaix. I would not have considered this bike because of my size. I was very impressed with this bike. would like to change wheels though, I like zipp 404 clydesdales.

Do any of you own/ride this bike and could you tell about your experience with it.

I presently ride a 1971 Bottechia Pro model, with Campy Nuevo record componets, so I like things that last a long time and have quality. I am not familiar with carbon fiber and longevity.

my husband uses this as his road bike and loves it ... i'm pretty sure he changed the wheels and the fork (to a carbon fork).

he loves the feel carbon - his tri bike is also carbon (the trek time trial). he has ridden just about everything (or at least everything i can think of, titanium, aluminum, steel).

if it sounds like he's had a lot of bikes... he has. he manages a bike shop and tends to treat himself to a new bike every year... and to me it says a lot for carbon that having ridden just about everything he currently owns two carbon bikes.

HI Nogills,

I have been riding the Roubaix for about 3 months. I really like it, Mine came with carbon forks and seat stem, within the carbon is a vibration dampening system that seems to help. I find the bike fast and strong. We do allot of hard hill work and I have had no problems.
I give this bike a big thumbs up!!!

I've never ridden one but Fuji does make excellent bikes. The Roubaix is certainly specked out quite well and looks fantastic. With the Zipp 404's, it would make a wonderful road bike indeed.
