I use either Paul Mitchell or Joico shampoo. For skin I use Aveeno Moisturizing Lotion which I buy at Costco.

WOW, what a question.  I use pantene pro v shampoo and condition.  I always had problems with my hair changing color due to chlorine in the pool.  This seems to do the trick.  I don't use any lotions.

I use Aveda Shampure Shampoo and Conditioner for everyday use.  It's gentle enough to not strip my hair even when I wash multiple times per day.  After swimming, I use the Aveda Hair Detoxifier to get all of the chlorine out. As far as lotion goes, the best thing I've ever found is Cetaphil cream.  It comes in a big tub and you can get it at Costco and Target.  No color, scent.  When I worked at a dermatologist's office, it was what he recommended for people that have sensitive, very dry skin (esecially the ezcema patients).  It works great.

I heard from somebody that one is supposed to change shampoos once in a while to avoid build up. So I have a couple different brands that I use. On swim days, I use Malibu 2000, a brand of swim shampoo and conditioner that a fellow BT'er recommended which I like. Other days I alternate between Pantene 2 in 1 (cus' I am too lazy to put conditioner) and Aveeno Baby shampoo/body wash (very mild but effective enough to make my hair feel clean). Oh, I also do hot oil treatment once a month or so. I find the Suave brand to be just as effective as VO5.

As for lotions, I use Aveeno baby body lotion for the body and fancier moisturizer for my face. It's very dry up here and I have to put lotion on my face within 5 minutes out of the shower, otherwise, I would feel all dried and tight on my face.

Whatever the gym provides.

For lotion, I like the Gold Bond medicated lotion.
