Subject: Blogs--educate me
Hey,
Not sure what the purpose of blogging is? Seems like a place to comment and create a sort of training diary?
Sorry, new to this . . . Just trying to figure it out.

It's also a place for others to see what you've been doing and offer accolades or advice on how to improve.  It's also a way to brag!  Just look at the blogs, we all do it!  Seriously though, it's a great tool to help your fellow BTers help you!  It also helps you see what you're doing.  If you look at a certain day and say, wow, I did xxxx and that day was really good...then maybe you can learn how to keep having good training days.  The nutrition part of that helps me in that regard.

Use it!  It's a great tool!

In our case, its a regular training log with access to training reports, plans, graphs, etc BUT with the ability to leave a lot of commenting/links/pictures while allowing others to read your training logs and leave comments-and vice-versa.
