Just look at the blogs, we all do it! Seriously though, it's a great tool to help your fellow BTers help you! It also helps you see what you're doing. If you look at a certain day and say, wow, I did xxxx and that day was really good...then maybe you can learn how to keep having good training days. The nutrition part of that helps me in that regard. Use it! It's a great tool! |
