All I can say is - it was not a good week.  I'm feeling so tired that I needed to rest this week.  My mind is on other things and I can't seem to get motivated to get my workouts in.  Hopefully this week will be different and I will get back to what's important - training for my tri that is June 11 th.

This was a birthday week...so considering I spent most of it drinking cocktails I shouldn't be that disappointed...I did atleast break past the Wall of Deuce...

Here's a great workout I found this weekend (and did last night - WHEW!) for those of you waiting for spring so you can get out on the road with your bike - go to the Spinervals.com website and print off their free workout of the week! You'll feel terrific after you've finished this 42 minute workout!!!

I really like the idea of having this group together to support one another in our tri and weightloss goals. Keeps everyone on track and accountable to themselves and the group!

    I only weigh myself at the gym because my scale at home gives a different number every time.    Last night I weighed myself after master swim and I gained 5 1/2 pounds during vacation.....I'm not suprised because I had pina coladas, beer, lots of yummy mexican food and coconut ice cream (to die for!!) every day.

  I did scuba dive and swim and walk while I was there but not enough to equal out everything I ate and drank....so back to healthy eating and exercise.

Again the last person to weigh in.  I need to get my focus back... the 140's are within sight.... I gotta keep the momentum going to get into that zone.  Last time I was under 150 was after a 3 week trip to Europe where the temperature was over 100... essentially a continuous 21 day walk in a sauna. (see avatar of gelato in Lucca Italy)

I decided I was getting to crazy with weighing myself. I am going to start weighing myself again in May. Hopefully the scale will budge by then!

This weeks exercise goals:
3 days running
2 days biking
3 days TKD
1 or 2 days swimming (haven't been in the swimming mood lately.. I don't have to work on it for my tri -- I've easily got the distance...)
