Pre-race routine:

arrived at the race site an hour early to get a parking place. put on my mp3 player and rocked out to Tom Petty. looked around for some familiar faces. found some and talked for maybe 30 minutes. wolfed down a banana.
Event warmup:

ran about a mile and talked some more.

Comments:

just a fun race to test out my tempo legs. this is tri sprint pace. was worried about the PF issue, but all was ok. my hammys were tight as ever afterwards. this is the first time I let the legs go fast since Oct. overall, I was pleased.

talked with some friends again. watched the awards. winner was 15:40 something.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

slow legs.

Wow nice speed Mark!!  Hope the PF issues are going away.  Let me know how the foot feels tomorrow.  When I had my worst trouble it was always 24 hrs later that I felt it.
