Subject: Someone reassure me that it's ok for me to take a rest today

Hauled my bike to work and then to the pool to coach, realized I didn't swap out my skewer (AGAIN), tried to set up my bike on the trainer anyway which didn't work out, did some crunches, coached practice (only a 45 minute swim out for kids who are on taper), got home, realized I left my trainer in the trunk. Now I'm really not into it and I'm tired to begin with. But, but, but, I feel like if I don't ride I'll go to hell.

considering that you last rest day was, uh, March 9th... yeah, I'd say it's okay. Your body is probably gonna go into shock though, you know, not realizing what's going on. just sayin'
