Ran 1/4 mile
Run

  • 13.1 miles
  • 07m 49s  min/mile
Comments:

Nice flat race with a few rolling hills
What would you do differently?:

I would bring my mp3 player, I wouldn't show up as early (left the house @ 6:20 got to the start line @ 7:00 race didn't start unil 8:05...), I would start in the middle of the pack instead of the very end.
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

I started at the very back of the pack which did not help my time

Event comments:

tons of people doing this race, it's on concrete trail system so if you have issue with that then I would avoid. My goal was a 1:39

I set PR at this race (old PR was 1:45 @ Topeka/Auburn 1/2 1-21-06)

He probably keeps the dog on a bed of cats and the tv turned to the food channel. If only he treated his ex-wife as good as he treats his dog.

Neither did you at one point in your life stone thrower. You weighed as much as I do and you are half my size.

Can't say I blame her, I have wanted to shank you a couple times myself. Its always the other persons fault in a breakup isn't it? Funny how that always happens. But at least you have a sad cautionary tale to have for future romantic interludes.
