Nice first race since my broken ankle. Had to slow 8 to 9km due to overheating and feeling sick. But managed to quicken alot for the last km including a sprint finish.

The race as a whole was great, three starting groups allowed the fast runners to get off first without too much traffic! The facilities where excellent, plenty of toilets and stewards.
