This was a good swim I started on the outside of the wave and I was able to stay out of the pack and did not get beat up in the water. I had a very good swim.

Comments:

This was an ok leg of my race. This is the first race with the changes made to my bike. I went to a bike shop to try and get into a more aero posistion on a road bike. I like the changes that were made and I just think it is going to take me a few more rides to get comfortable with the new position.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Transition 2
  • 01m 1s
Comments:

This was a diffcult end to the bike. It was at the bottom of a steep hill so you had to be very careful getting off of your bike.
Run
  • 36m 12s
  • 3.1 miles
  • 11m 41s  min/mile
Comments:

Very nice course and well supported.

More brick workouts.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My conditioning.
