really solid run, pace felt smooth and comfortable
I held back more then I had planed after I talked to the race director.
What would you do differently?:

Comments:

really good transition, no problems
I put my shoes on in T1 due to a hill we had to go up out of T1, but it fairly quick

Comments:

great ride, my pace was solid and I was happy with it. I blew by people like they were standing still on the hills, I enjoyed every second of it. I got so far out and realized I was alone and I was scared. There was no one behind me and no one infront of me that I could see. I rode for a long while like that. One lady passed me when I thought we were turning in for T2 but it wasnt. I was already out of my shoes to dismount too so I had to get back in the shoes and get going again. It was my fault though.
What would you do differently?:

Gone over the course once before.
Not held back at all
Transition 2
  • 01m
Comments:

putting on shoes with squeesems? isnt too easy, poor planning on my part.
What would you do differently?:

What would you do differently?:

nothing.
Post race
Warm down:

stick.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Knowing RFS is 2 weeks from now. The night before the race I decided to be more conservative and not be an idiot and risk injury this close to an A race. Now I regret it.

Event comments:

good race.

ill be back next year...
