Sherbet will be joining Big Red soon on this forum.  It sucks to get attached to your bike and later find out that it doesn't fit

So is your bike too small, too big? I have a Giant TCR size medium and I am 5'7" I was a big improvement over my Cannondale that was too large. But I am wondering with all this bike fit talk if I should look into a bike fitting.

My bike is fine for a road bike in a "roadie" position without the aero bars. Making it fit into a tri position (aerobars, etc) it doesn't work. My body doesn't fit on it and its causing knee and hip pain. I'm not where I should be on the bike. I've never felt comfortable on it. Oh, did I mention the pain?

Get a real fit done. Its worth it. You probably won't be in my position, but its good to be in the best position you can.

I'd buy it in a heartbeat, but I have a 2004 TCR2 Full Carbon with Ultegra. I love my bike and will for about 4 or 5 more years.

NOTE: Anyone looking for a good bike, buy this one. TCR2s rock and give you awsome value for the money.

Next.... Carbon Tri bike? Hmmmmm

Because not even a month ago I helped anothe BTer get rid of there bike. And it won't fit anyway...Think of it as we are bumping it for you.

Best offer or whatever the online trading company offers me.

It has under 1000 miles (see I didn't ride her enough...)

I'm thinking $800-900.

Shes in great shape. She's only been on the ground once, in the grass and when I fell off the trainer...but thats another story not about the bike.

Unfortunately it is a small.  If it were a medium I'd be all over it like red on a Chinese flag.  I'm hoping to find the same bike in a medium before too long.  Well... I say medium.  I need to run by the bike shop today and get sized up.  I'm 5'9"... so I'm sure that would be pretty small for me.

Comet -
Would it be possible to set up a meet to see if the bike fits? Or to take it by a LBS and have it checked out for fit, etc. I'm 5'6", and just picked up an older Bianchi for $300, but am actually looking for 2 bikes (myself and my best friend). The Bianchi is a 50CM and puts me (per the LBS) in a fairly aggressive position, which they don't recommend for a first bike, so my bf is probably going to take the Bianchi which leaves me still looking.
