Subject: Question re Hill Repeats My first tri (Olympic ) consists of Four 2.5 km loops. Each loop has a pretty sizeable hill on it so I am preparing for it by running hill repeats. My tri is 10 weeks out and I started hill repeats last week (3 repeats last week and today, next week will up it to 4 and build from there ). My question is do I continue doing hill repeats right up until the week before or can I stop earlier to work on speed work? |
