Pre-race routine:

rode course for warm up and get familar with hills and corners.
Event warmup:

road the course and stretched. tried to stay warm during the race before me.

Comments:

the course was good. It was a tough course with the winds and different with riding at night. Overall I felt great on endurance but need to work on my power to get out of the corners faster.
What would you do differently?:

continue training.

Warm down:

short ride and walked for a bit. short stretch and eat.

Thought it was a good race. definatly adding it to the list for next year.

Course: Very techincal course, with hills. Short grass for most some long grass and sand. Had a guy crash in front of me in the first corner it separated the field so that no one made it across the gap.
