Comments: Ran with Jennifer and she was going faster than I really wanted to (she did not do the 4 miles before the race.) First half was spend dodging people and trying to get around the walkers. Not really a race geared towards runners of I was 49/1060!  Post race

My training plan called for a 4 mile 'warm up' before the race. Seems wrong that the warm up was longer than the race. I stopped home after 3 miles to change shirts. I still got very cold waiting for the race to start. Had part of a piece of bread with peanut butter and diet coke before the warm up run, when I stopped home to change and then when I was done.
