I am going to try to get a run in after work. It will be dark then but there is no wind so it shouldn't be too cold. If not, treadmill it is. Tonight is tree trimming time. Later Ghoulies. its been REALLY foggy the past two days ~ which is really unusual for this area ~ then yesterday we had a huge wind storm hit us ~ did you send it to us???? ~ I woke up to no power in the middle of the night ~ today it is ABSOLUTLEY BEAUTIFUL! and so I think spin class will not happen ~ instead I will head for the hills and do a short run... enjoy your weather Robin ~ sux you cant be out in it before dark~ Hey Jules! It's supposed to be pretty windy in patches around herefor the next day or two as well. Must be the first of the "winter" systems coming through. We also had some fog yesterday morning which looked really cool out on the bay. |

I'm behind the ball...hurt my ankle yesterday morning doing burpies...knee...now ankle...I've officially told Mike (BT coach) that I'm boycotting burpies...he agrees and told me to do squat jumps and jumping jacks instead... We will see how it feels tomorrow. I'll go to the gym and do something though. Tomorrow I have 5 hrs of lecture in the afternoon. Yay me...... Nice to see everyone around the village! I'm hoping to get a more reliable phone..aka...an iphone...because my BB is being annoying and I can't always get on to check in during the day!...well sometimes I just can't get on due to work...but most of the time it is my damn phone! |

I found out last night that I had to fast before my blood work this morning. So I get my calories in early, no problem. I get up this morning and run 2 miles. Get home. I couldn't eat. Problem. I was feeling lightheaded in the shower, then every time I stood up I'd get dizzy. I got my blood work done, then they took my blood pressure. It was LOW, so I had to sit there for awhile, I had a little bagel to eat while I was sitting. Instead of going to work I decided to come home and take it easy today. I just added some more calories. I might go take a short nap, then I have some school work I need to get done. The semester is over in 2 weeks and I'm behind. |
