Comments:

swim felt great, but my sighting was off. I was on course but I corrected the wrong way twice. Once I got to open water, I was fine otherthen the course
What would you do differently?:

Work on breathing equally from both side to keep a straight line and try to get to some open water faster.

Comments:

I really need to work on my hills and maintaining a faster race pace. I felt great and I look forward to training more on my speed.
What would you do differently?:

try pushing a bit more.

Comments:

Oh My God!... I was not ready for the hills at all. They killed me and I have a tendency to dog it to save energy. I have more then I think and need to push it a bit more.
What would you do differently?:

I need to train with more intensity and get a watch so I can keep time of myself. I run where I am comfortable and where I know I can finish. I need to push more.

That's funny - I found the hills a shock as well.  It felt like the entire run was uphill except for one little steep section.  Plus we had to do it twice.  Needless to say, they killed me too.

Nice race otherwise!  Are you doing tempe international?
