Subject: Edit Training Sessions

When I go into Control Panel to edit my training sessions, I am unable to use rich text as I have in the past. I get a message that says something to the effect that my ad blocking software won't allow me to use that feature. It says I have to remove the BT website from the ad blocker. When I go into symantec I see a bunch of websites that have pop-up blocking on them, but BT doesn't appear to be one of the. Anbody else have this challenge and/or a solution.

thanks

It's probably a different setting. Ad blocking and popup blocking are two different things. The rich text editor is based on javascript as are a lot of ad place holders, so the Ad blocker thinks the toolbar is an ad.

Look specifically for an Ad blocking setting. I don't run Symantec so I'm not familiar with it. It uses too much of a brute force approach for me.

Is Symantec the only utility suite you're running? Could it be another application?
