Subject: Need help with swim (Laval or North Shore)
Hi guys,

I'm 44 and never learned to swim when I was young.
I've learned a lot by myself using the "Total Immersion" technique (on DVD), but now I think I need the help of an actual coach.

Does anyone know of a coach that might be able to help me conquer the swim so I can finally attempt my first Tri.

I live in Terrebonne and work in Laval, so either location would be ideal.
