Subject: RE: bowflex v home gym I have a bowflex. I like it but it is no where near like quality gym equipment. I actually mostly use it to supplement my free weights and TRX. So I sometimes ignore it for months, sometimes I only do a few exercises on it and the rest all free weights. So basically, my recommendation is to keep the free weights. If I had to choose it would be TRX, free weights, bowflex. What reason are you thinking of giving up the free weights? Perhaps you just need to change up your routine a bit? |
