Swim
Comments: A great swim flat conditions - couldn't have gone harder really. Probably finished out of the water two maybe three places higher but got beaten into transition - EXHAUSTED! Need to practice that running out of the water and into transition... What would you do differently?: NOTHING Transition 1
Comments: Not used to be being out of the water so fast, too many bikes still there - got dioriented and couldn't find mine! Lost a good 30-40 seconds in the search! What would you do differently?: CLIP PEDALS AND BIKE SHOES - REMEMBER WHERE i PUT THE BIKE! Bike

Run
Comments: Too hot out there with temperature at 31 degrees, i ran walked where usually I could run that distance no problem. Lost 4 places in the run - but I was done. More hydration required and brick training Post race

Age Group = F40-49
Age Group Rank = 25/32
Up early, breakfast muesli milk and a cup of tea. A banana. Two waters - good to go. Bike into car, bag packed previous night - FORGOT NOTHING!
The only warm up was in the water - swam to first buoy and back - beautiful.
