Help me with my IMWI GoPro training project

Hey guys just posting here for some input from everyone. I recently just got a new GoPro Hero HD and want to use it for my training leading into IMWI this year. I got the idea after seeing some of the below videos of others training and thought I would put in my own series as well. This video, though for me, is something I want to share with others, family, friends, and others down the road. Of course the video will involve swim/bike/run but I am looking at how to go about doing it, other ideas, content, etc. If anyone has any ideas of how to keep it interesting, what to put in, or anything else feel free to let me know. I plan on doing a couple of videos (3-6 mins) up to May, and then doing a video every week or every other week (3-6 mins) leading into IMWI.
