Subject: Wife's B-Day

She's had a cold all week and did not feel like doing anything on her 30th B-day. Kids are at grandparents and we watched chic movies. Oh yeah she fell asleep and i finished the second movie by myself. Someone please take my man card...

Man card points can reallly add up during times like this.  Keep her happy, stock up while you can.  Down the road you'll get some "me" time to train.  Show your manliness out on the course on race day.
