Hello, good to hear from you both. If it is convenient for you on Saturday I'm meeting up with a couple of this years group members at 3:00 at the entrance to the Expo. If not I'll be hanging around after the race with the Lakeland Landsharks we have a tent it will close to the finish area by the play area I think. Hope your race goes well and have some fun.

Subject: Practice Swim Saturday morning

Jeff (Q) and I are going to swim the race course Saturday morning, probably around 9am. I'll be the one without a wetsuit on.  After that, I am helping my friends at Feet First at the expo. They have quite a few booths. Say hello while you're out there.

Hello,

This is my very first Triathlon, I just registered for the SPRINT. I was wondering, since you did this last year, what suggestions you have for clothing for the swim that would lead to an easy bike transition? A guy friend said just swim in bike pants and a jog bra...thought I would ask another lady.

Thanks for any help you can lend!
