Either they're paying up front or there's some sort of pass for those on scholarship. Lotta rich people out there I guess. Wow. That's mind boggling. Gues they're beyond the 1%ers of India and China. And yet another example of passing more laws when we can't enforce the ones we already have. Yep. |
