Subject: RE: just two problems...yeah right! Numb hands on the bike can be a vesult of the vibration, putting too much weight on your hands and wrists or both. Try padded gloves for the vibration. If you think you are leaning on your handlebars too much try keeping your core strong (incl core strengthening exercises in your workout if you don't already).
