Subject: swim coach ft myers area
I am new to the sport and have completed 2 sprint tri's.  I "learned" how to swim so I would not drown via youtube however, I need coaching/lessons to refine my stroke and build endurance.  Does anyone have any suggestion? thanks

Hi Kimberly,

Welcome to the sport.  Come join our club - Geared UP.  http://www.gearedup.biz/  We swim on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm, long rides on Saturday and time trials on Thursday (once the time changes) then we run track on Wednesday after the swim and long runs on the weekend.  There is a fee for training with the team to cover pool rental, insurance, etc. but not bad.

Not sure I'd be doing all the tri's I do without belonging to the team.  It is a lot of fun.

Coach Angie also offers one on one swim instruction as well as individualized training plans (additional cost).
