New Haven - Shamrock & Roll 5k on March 4th

May do. Fun race but not a PR race, you run up prospect hill for the first mile. Then a mile of winding up and down. Last mile is down hill. Lots of music, beer, costumes and drunk college kids, all good things.

Last year was different, down Grove to Whitney, about 1 mile down Whitney, a loop around the block and return the way you went out. Totally flat, set my PR for 5k there. The year before, 2010 was the hill on Prospect, and yes it was not a PR at all.
