Up early, bagel and 1/2 cup of coffee
Event warmup:

Ran a little 5 min in paking lot to warm up and loosen up

Comments:

Raining and cool the whole way, wore my biking jacket to keep form getting cold took it off at Km19
What would you do differently?:

Ran 10 and 1's the whole way felt great, trial run for Ironman Canada so eveything went well, Back a little sore at Km4, ran more upright and it felt better, finished very well not sore not tired just right

Eat and stretch in BC Place

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Doubted I could run any faster, PB by 2 minutes
