OK, I updated the last of my miles. Monday is a swim or off day for me so nothing more to add. Hope we made it out of Oklahoma!

Day 21: I knocked out a nice 40 mile ride as the weather finally cleared up today. So after some yard work, I did a nice ride.

We have one more day for the challenge Finish strong!

We at at 1593 miles this evening! We made it thru Oklahoma and into Missouri and we are entering the town of Noel, Missouri. We should be able to reach Arkansas tomorrow.

Bonus day: Did a 5 mile run at lunch and an hour spin at the Y to make my goals by the skin of my teeth for the challenge.

We are showing at 1652 miles which puts us right on the boarder of Arkansas and Missouri. Nice job people.
