My training was going pretty well up to a couple weeks ago.  Had to take some time off for a bruised foot and then over the past 10-days I have only managed to run a total of 4-miles while vacationing with the family.  I did struggle through a 12-miler right before we left for the trip so I'll finish the half but it won't be pretty.  I'm going out for a short run here in a while to see how it feels back at altitude after over a week at sea level.

How's it going for you Steve?

I've been able to stay pretty consistent recently, then got floored by a head cold this weekend, so missed Sunday's long run. I'm just looking to get under 2 hours for this one, not a sure thing though.  I'll plan to bring your wetsuit, and buy you a beer after the race Cool
