Swim
Comments: I headed off course after the first mark. Swam futher than I should have. I calculated my time in the water as 8:34. The added minute on the time had to be the jog to T1. What would you do differently?: Stay on course and more efficent. I was worried too much about my course. Transition 1
Comments: I thought I had a good T1. I grabbed the helmet and I was off. I kept my shoes on the bike. When I jumped on, I knocked my water bottle and most of the water was gone by the time I noticed it was overturned (I keep the water behind my seat). What would you do differently?: I may move the water to the bottom bar. Bike
Comments: I was happy with the bike. Should have pushed harder at the start. Chased a couple competitiors and kept me focused. What would you do differently?: Push harder Transition 2
Comments: The bike next to me was in my spot. So I had to move his bike and then rack mine. What would you do differently?: Get in faster so I don't have to deal. Run
Comments: No way I ran that fast. Post race
