Comments: CHAOTIC to say the least... multiple people at the wall on every turn... wish they would spread out the timing... 10 seconds would have been great! What would you do differently?: Swim faster and try to pass more... frustrating!  Transition 1
Comments: LONG run through LJCC and then through long parking lot! What would you do differently?: Have it closer to the pool! :-)  Bike
Comments: Pretty good ride.. 223 watt avg... a couple of hills... and some gusty winds but all in all a good ride! What would you do differently?: Aero position was good but came up a couple of times... on the downhills I let up on the power despite the faster mph... need to keep the power constant regardless of terrain! Transition 2
Comments: A little slow as I could not feel my feet from the cold ride! Shoes went on slowly... What would you do differently?: Not sure... I have to learn how to control the weather!  Run
Comments: Thrilled given my ITBS lately... I taped the outer knee with KT and it seems to have helped. What would you do differently?: Not much given I have not run in a couple of weeks leading into the event. Post race
Warm down: HOT SHOWER and a banana! What limited your ability to perform faster: Recent injuries... ITBS is a bitch! Event comments: I prefer the Tiles that Team Magic usually gives out but happy to have anything... $25 gift card to Cahaba Cycles was awesome! Raced with my son who took 2nd in his AG... my Mother was in town and it was great to have her out there cheering us on!! GREAT DAY! Last updated: 2012-01-31 12:00 AM
