Post race
Warm down:

Drank alot of water, ate some fruit and waited for results.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Racing the weeek before, but felt I handled the situation better than maybe I had anticipated..

Event comments:

Always like the Tri-Family races! They do a great job!! I felt anything under 1:45 was a success and was really dialed into 1:42...1:42:39, bout right, I guess:) Felt my bike was quite a bit better than I expected and knew, fresh, I could do sub 8 miles for 4 miles, so came in hoping to run maybe 8:20, 8:30, considering the circumstances. Ended up running 8:41, I'll take this as a good race! Awards were 5 deep in each age group, and I was 6th! Ah! Oh well, I'll keep working hard and things will take care of themselves!
