Wanted to do the best I could do. I ran with my best friend who unfortunately just with through a miscarriage. I can't even believe she did it. She wanted to run with me. So I stayed with her as much as I could until mile 10. I didn't have anything to prove but to be my friend during this time. I am so proud of her for doing it knowing she hadn't trained that much in the last 5 weeeks because of her pregnancy. Needless to say it was a great feet for her eventhough we had been running together for 2 years. I only hope next year she will be able to join me full and well.
