Comments: Felt pretty good. Didn't want to push too hard and wear myself out for the second run. What would you do differently?: Maybe go a little faster pace Transition 1

Comments: Hills got to me. Needed more training beforehand. What would you do differently?: TRAIN HARDER Transition 2
Comments: Didn't spin enough coming in. What would you do differently?: Shoe out quicker, spin more coming into T2 Run
Comments: Strated to run and I knew my calves would cramp a little but didn't think my quads would almost lock up on me! Tried to stretch them and it got worse. Had to jog at a much slower pace to not cramp worse. One of my worst runs I can remember. What would you do differently?: train more, stretch more leading up to event. Post race

Got there in plenty of time. About a 2 hour drive.
Didn't warm up enough IMO.
