Wichita Falls Run Routes

I will be in town Tuesday 15th, and the 16th on business.  I would like to go for an evening run if there is somewhere with decent lighting and flat/even running surface.  Or I'd like to run the next morning. 

I'm staying over by the mall.  Any places with a good 3+ mile loop?
